Submitting a Support Ticket: Only registered users and clients of 123 Simples will be able to submit a support ticket.

Knowledgebase: Our knowledgebase, help and faq sections are available for anyone to look at. If you are just using our web hosting, then we have lots of articles and information to help you.

Support Ticket Queue Time: We try to answer support tickets within one business day, but depending on the current load the wait time can be slightly longer.

Please Note adding a new ticket: Every time you post a new comment before we have a chance to respond your tickets gets unintentionally bumped to the bottom of the queue since tickets on our end are sorted from oldest to newest in terms of last comment posted. If you have additional comments prior to us responding, please edit them into the initial post.

Before submitting a support ticket, check our knowledgebase first. If you cannot find the answer you need, then login, and remember to include:

  • as much information as possible explaining your issue
  • if you can send us some screenshots that will help
  • the URL of your website, or your hosting account ID number
  • if this is a Wordpress issue, or another CMS we may need to know your login credentials

How long will it take to design my website

This largely depends on what is involved, as well as how soon you, as the client, are able provide us with the essential documents, such as copy and pictures. A simple brochure site can be up and running in 2 to 4 weeks. More complex projects can take longer. When we know your exact requirements, we will send you a contract with a realistic end date. We know that project deadlines are very important. We will always do our utmost to meet them.

Are there any hidden costs

No. We agree a fixed price with you, which means you know exactly what you will pay. Quotes are always given before we start any work, and costs are clearly documented. The only time we would charge additional fees would be in the instances where a client requests a new page or some additional material or images for the website after work has commenced. Charges for additional work such as this are always given before the work starts.

Will my website show up in Google

Yes. We design websites from the ground up so that they work well with search engines like Google, Yahoo! and Bing. We ensure each page is optimised for the keywords that you want to promote. We register your website and add monitoring tools (Google Analytics for example) so that you can view detailed statistics on the visitors to your site.
