Designing a website is one thing, maintaining a website is another. Website management and website maintenance is essential for keeping your website fresh, appealing and up-to-date. At 123 Simples we offer low cost website maintenance, and we look after your website and keep it updated and fresh.

As part of our web design contracts, we offer all of our clients affordability in maintaining their website for them. In actual fact, if it is only very minor changes and updates, we often do these as a courtesy for our customers, and only where necessary, will we charge for website maintenance.

We do offer Content Management Systems if customers require them, and whether they ask us to design and maintain a static site, or setup a site using a Content Management System, at all stages we are only an email away ready to update, and continue the development of their site.

Some common features of our website maintenance include:

• Checking the web site for errors and if necessary, then correct what may be found.
• Maintaining and checking links to make sure that they are kept up to date.
• Checking and going back through coding, keywords, page description tags.
• 24/7 support if required is available.
• Monthly checking of your online contact forms, emails to make sure that there are no errors.
• The availability of you being able to access online information about how well your site is doing through our tracking programs.
• Every 3 months (at least), send you reports on what we see, how well the site is doing, suggestions on where it could be improved (if necessary).
