At 123 Simples we wanted to keep our Terms of Service in one location, as we found from talking to our clients, they preferred a direct page where they were able to find the terms of service relating to their particular package, or service that we were providing.

Not using Customerzone?

If you are not using our client area (customerzone) then with this in mind, our Terms of Service directory includes the various contracts and terms that you will have agreed to when registering for a service from 123 Simples. Where possible, we have kept the terms of service simple, and easy to read. However, because these are legally binding documents, they may be worded in that fashion, and whilst we may have discussed everything with you in emails, or by telephone, we do strongly urge you to thoroughly read the contract(s) that may apply to you. If there is anything that you would like to ask us, or clarify, then please do contact us, and we will be able to verify and answer your questions individually.
