Has your question already been answered?
As a courtesy to other forum community members, before beginning a new thread or topic, please look to see if a thread on that topic has already been established. You can achieve this through the Search function. Multiple topics or similar threads containing similar or same subject material are somewhat unavoidable. But please do try to avoid cluttering the forums needlessly, as many good ideas may be lost by having similar topics and threads in different locations and places within the forums.

Starting new topics
If you want to start a new topic (also sometimes referred to as threads), simply choose the forum in which your question fits best, and click on the ‘New Topic’ button. You must be logged in and registered on the 123 Simples forums to start a new topic.

Replying to topics
To reply to an existing topic, click into it and then click on the ‘Post Reply’ button. You must be logged in and registered on the 123 Simples forums to post a reply.

Keep it relevant
It is important that 123 Simples forums remain free of spam and that irrelevant, redundant or duplicated material is kept to a minimum. 123 Simples forums is a public based forum community for business owners and managers whose time is important to them. Please aim to achieve ‘one topic, one thread’ – with all of your posts relevant to the original topic question. It sometimes is acceptable to go ‘off topic’ occasionally given that we are all individuals, however the administrators and moderators retain the right to intervene in ‘off topic’ posts if they appear to be significant and persistent deviations from the original point of view (topic start), or if such posts contain inflammatory comment. In these cases, the administrators and moderators rights to move, edit or delete posts, can be enforced. Furthermore either the administrators or the moderators may at their sole discretion, impose lock downs on users accounts, without warning or need to explain.

Keep it legal
123 Simples forum members agree to take full responsibility for the content that they post in the forums. Any content that is deemed to be: pornographic; discriminatory; sexually explicit; harmful; threatening; abusive; defamatory; obscene; hateful; racially or ethnically offensive; excessively vulgar or profane; discussing or illustrating illegal activity; contravening UK or international law; disseminating viruses or other potential disruptive software programs; promoting piracy; or providing links to sites that contain any of the aforementioned – will be deleted and the forum member will be subject to a potential lock-down and suspension of their account.

Use URL links carefully
URL links to external sites are welcome if they can demonstrate that their purpose is worth other members using those particular links. Having said that however they should be used only when relevant to the discussion within the topics, and should never be purely for promotional purposes. The forum administrators and moderators decide what is deemed 'promotional purposes'.

Do not spam
Spamming is entirely prohibited without exception! Spam may include the posting of non-relevant content, URL links, repetitive posting of nonsensical posts, unauthorised advertising within the forums and unsolicited Private Messages. We request that forum users report any spam immediately to the administrators or moderators by clicking the Post Options and then choose ‘Report Post' from the dropdown options.

By registering to use this forum you meet the above criteria and agree to abide by all of the above rules and policies, inclusive of our Legal and Privacy Policies as shown on other pages within the www.123simples.com domain.
